Design

This vibrant splash pad project was successfully delivered during the challenging period of 2020’s COVID-19 restrictions, demonstrating the team's resilience and commitment to creating safe, engaging outdoor spaces even in uncertain times.

The installation has completely transformed the garden area of a local social club, turning it into a playful, pay-to-play splash zone that now serves as a valuable asset for the community.

At the heart of the design is a stunning wall mural, brought to life by a talented local graffiti artist. The artwork features a colourful montage of beloved under-the-sea characters, providing a fun and visually captivating backdrop that sparks imagination and enhances the overall theme of the space.

Surrounding the mural is a selection of our Ecosplash inground water features, chosen for their low-profile design and interactive play value. These features offer varied water effects that encourage exploration and movement.

The main focal point of the splash pad is the Twin Tipper—a dramatic water element that splashes down without warning, delivering a burst of excitement and laughter for children using the space. Its element of surprise adds dynamic energy to the play area and keeps users coming back for more.

This project is a perfect example of how thoughtful design, community collaboration, and creative flair can come together to create a memorable play environment that’s not only fun, but also visually striking and locally inspired.
